Begin the Christian Rehab Center Intake Process
If you or a loved one is ready to take a step toward freedom from addiction, here’s how to begin the journey.
Note: Columbus Women’s Rehab is not a state-licensed rehab facility. It is part of the renowned Teen Challenge program, which has helped thousands of women overcome addiction and other life-controlling issues through long-term faith-based recovery.
To begin, contact one of our intake specialists. We are here to help guide you through every step.
Intake timeframes range from 24 hours to 2 weeks, depending on documentation and whether detox is needed. We assess applications based on the following:
- Applicant’s willingness and desire for change
- Mental health and medication needs
- Medical conditions or ongoing treatments
- Legal status (past and present)
- Outstanding warrants
- Financial eligibility
- Level of care needed
- Residency and location
Please note: Columbus Women’s Rehab is a voluntary program. The applicant must want help and be ready to admit there is a problem. Family members cannot make this decision for them.
For Friends and Family
We encourage you to speak the truth in love—not with condemnation or criticism. While we do not perform interventions, we can refer you to trusted third-party interventionists. If your loved one is experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts, contact a local hospital or dial 911 immediately.

Intake Step One: Willingness to Get Help
The first requirement is that the applicant must be ready to commit to change. Our program typically lasts one year. We need to hear directly from the applicant—not family or friends—that they are willing to invest the time and effort to begin recovery. Due to limited space, we prioritize applicants who demonstrate follow-through and sincere commitment.
Step Two: Reach Out
Call us or fill out the inquiry form to begin. If we determine the program may be a good fit, we’ll send you an application to complete.
Step Three: Submit the Application
Once we receive your application, an Intake Counselor will connect with the applicant to discuss next steps, including financial arrangements and possible detox requirements. Please note that we do not repeatedly reach out. It is the applicant’s responsibility to follow through.
Mandatory Documents Upon Admission
- Picture ID (driver’s license or state ID)
- Social Security card (or proof of application)
- Medical paperwork (Physical, TB, HIV, Hep-C test results)
- Medical insurance card (if applicable)
- Green card (for non-citizen residents)
