This Privacy Policy applies to your use of this website (the “Website”) and contains Teen Challenge Of Florida Inc’s (“Owner” or “we”) policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your data and content when you use the Website.

Upon using the Website you may have an interest in contacting a treatment center mentioned herein.  Should you provide information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number  and other such information, that information will be passed to the appropriate treatment center. We will not use this information for any other purpose than providing you with the information requested by you through the Website. You may, however, visit the Website anonymously and not fill in any optional inquiry form.

We do not collect any information about you from other sources outside of your interaction with the Website or when you call a phone number listed on the Website. We will not share your data or content with anyone without your express consent and only to the extent necessary to provide you with the  services requested. We will not sell or otherwise transfer your data or content to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or any other third-party organizations. Additionally, we will not use your data or content for advertising, marketing or similar services.

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)[1] from you unless you voluntarily choose to disclose such information while entering such information in a form on the website, e-mail or telephone call.

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

The Owner is not attempting to provide any type of health advice or analysis to users. The Website is simply presenting users with information regarding a Teen Challenge Of Florida Inc substance abuse treatment centers. Users should not interpret the Website’s display of this data as any type of assessment from it. Owner will not be held responsible for any assessment or decision users make based on the data presented in the Website.

Data that You Voluntarily Fill In On Inquiry Forms On This Site

Should you fill in an inquiry form on the website or telephone or email the center featured herein, that information may be shared with other similar treatment centers that may be closer to you or have more appropriate services.

How Does Our Site Handle Do-Not-Track Signals?

Owner does not wish to interact with or collect any data from individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any PII data from children under the age of 13. We request that minors do not engage with our Website without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by the law. When You Contact Us For Help

Whenever you contact Owner for help, we collect your name and e-mail address along with additional information you provide in your request so that we can provide you with assistance and improve the Website.  Such information will be passed on to the treatment center which you showed interest in.

We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that are designed to controls and protect your data from unauthorized access. We adhere to accepted industry privacy standards and comply with our own privacy practices.

In addition, we use strong encryption and a protocol for transmitting private information via the Internet. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we follow accepted industry standards and implement reasonable security practices to protect PII, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

How Does Owner Handle Data From International Visitors?

The Website is hosted and operated entirely in the United States and is subject to United States law. Any personal information that you provide to Owner is being transferred to Owner for use solely in the United States and will be hosted on United States servers. You consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States. "NO WARRANTY" LEGAL NOTICE: While independent outcomes studies have shown very high recovery rates for indiviuals in our programs, we cannot guarantee recovery for any particular individual. Recovery and future abstinence from addicting substances and the effects that such substances may have on the individual or their life, actions, or their future are entirely dependent on the individual and how well they apply the principles we have taught them. We are an educational institution, and how the individual in our program learns from what they are taught and modeled here, is totally up to them. Individuals who stay the full term (until graduation) have much better long-term recovery from addicitons than those who do not.
